Rental Rates per property per week in British Pounds

Prices are per week. Unfortunately during the months of July and August (high season) we have had to increase our 15% surcharge on rentals for one week only to 20%. This is due to the cost we have in one-week changeovers at the height of the season. We realise some of our guests can only afford the time for a one week rental and we sincerely wish to accommodate their plans. If a single week vacancy occurs between a reserved two-week rental, the cost for this week will be as for a single week without any surcharge.
A returnable deposit of 100 Euros is also required. This deposit is not against all damage, such accidents we can absorb, but it is only to ensure that our towels, linen etc are not removed. I operated the 2002 season without ever imposing such a deposit and lost twenty such articles and at £20 each it is a loss I cannot sustain. I do deeply regret this move.
Also because we offer top quality linen, duvets and towels, we have had so much damage done by guests using the towels in the swimming pool where they get ruined due to their rough use and the proximity of chlorine. We respectfully suggest that our clients bring their own swimming pool towels.
A 25% deposit secures a reservation with the final payment to arrive not less than one month before the tenancy commences.
Prices are inclusive of fuel, electricity, water, full self-service commercial machine laundry facilities, bed linen, duvets, towels, use of the swimming pools and all other Mouli d'al Roc’s amenities.
